Inside a 1:1 session.

Ninety minutes — a slow arc from arrival to integration. No performing, no push. Just a soft unfolding from your nervous system all the way down to your knowing.

We begin with a few minutes of doing nothing. Your nervous system lets go of the car ride, the kids, the inbox. You're allowed to just be here. I pour the tea.

My Approach

Less a method. More a coming home.

Chapter one

From New York concrete to Florida sun.

I grew up moving fast — career, striving, city. Then I moved to Florida, and the slower rhythm did something I hadn't expected. It gave me room to hear myself. To breathe differently. To wake up and ask what I actually wanted, instead of what the to-do list wanted of me.

That move is the entire reason this work exists. Because I know the gap between a life that looks full and a life that feels full. I sat in it for years.

Chapter two

The layers guarding your truest self.

Most of us are carrying guilt we didn't ask for, shame that was handed to us, and pain we never had the safe space to release. Those layers aren't your personality. They're the guard around what's actually you.

Coaching, for me, is the slow and tender work of getting through those layers — together. No performing. No spiritual bypass. Just real conversation, breath, and movement, until the space clears and self-trust comes back online.

A ten-life. A yummy place within.

My clients often describe the shift in the same way — something inside softens, and suddenly their days feel their own again. They're still in the same job, the same family, the same body. But the frequency is different. They're meeting it all from a yummy place within.

Ask me anything on our discovery call — but here are a few that come up a lot before we meet.

What if I'm not "spiritual"?
Genuinely: you don't have to be. This work lives in the body, not in a belief system. Breath is breath. The nervous system is the nervous system. You'll never be asked to adopt language that doesn't feel like yours — and you'll leave with felt shifts, not abstract ones.
Do I need to believe in energy work for it to work?
Nope. I've worked with deeply spiritual women and card-carrying skeptics, and both leave the sessions reporting the same softening, the same clarity, the same sleep. Your body responds whether your mind has a framework for it or not.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy tends to work with the story — the narrative, the pattern, the meaning. Coaching (the way I do it) works with the energy — the body, the breath, the frequency. Most of my clients do both. Therapy to understand. This, to actually move it.
How long until I feel a shift?
Usually within the first session. Not always dramatic — often just quieter, clearer, more yours. The deeper, structural rewiring takes a container — three months is where most women notice their whole frequency has changed, not just their mood on Tuesday.
Is this in person or virtual?
Both. I'm based in Florida and see clients 1:1 in person here. Virtual sessions are just as potent — the energy work translates beautifully over video. Roughly half my current roster has never met me in the flesh.
How do I know if I'm ready?
If something in you is tired of white-knuckling through your life, you're ready. Readiness isn't having it together — it's being willing to be soft for a season. The discovery call is free, honest, and there's no pressure on it. You'll know.
