Values & Vision
Defining your values and clarifying your vision puts you on a path of alignment. This is the foundation everything else is built on — the quiet inner compass the rest of the work will point toward.
Welcome to this pivotal moment. Life Remade is a founder-led coaching practice helping people find clarity, build unshakeable confidence, and move toward a life that actually fits who they are becoming.
Most people don't arrive at coaching because everything is broken. They arrive because something underneath the surface has been asking a quieter, more persistent question. Is this actually the life you want. Is the version of you showing up each day the version you want to keep building. Coaching gives that question a place to live out loud.
Life Remade is built on one idea. Real transformation begins when you stop managing the life you have and start authoring the one you actually want. That requires clarity on your values, courage to move, and a steady guide who can hold the process while you do the work of becoming.
If you've read this far, something in you is already paying attention. The first call costs nothing. You'll leave it with a clearer sense of what a real next step could look like, whether we work together or not.
The signature Life Remade method. A coherent path from knowing who you are, to moving with purpose, to living with fulfillment.

Defining your values and clarifying your vision puts you on a path of alignment. This is the foundation everything else is built on — the quiet inner compass the rest of the work will point toward.

Know your next steps and overcome any internal barriers you are facing. Clarity without movement is only half the equation. This pillar is where vision becomes the decisions, habits, and moves you make each week.

Find purpose, boost your confidence, and start living a fulfilled life. Not a ceiling you reach once and leave. A way of moving through your days that compounds, season after season, into the life you’ve been quietly hoping for.
Each program is shaped around a specific season of life. All four are grounded in the same three-pillar method, so the work stays coherent even as the focus shifts.
For the season when the work you're doing no longer matches who you're becoming. Clarify the pivot, build the plan, and make the transition with confidence.
Explore program →Quiet the internal voice that's been holding the wheel for too long. Build durable confidence from evidence, not affirmations, and move forward with your own conviction.
Explore program →The people closest to you hold most of life's weight. Rebuild self-worth, set honest boundaries, and stop repeating the patterns that drained you.
Explore program →The integrated path. Career, mindset, and relationships worked as one system, because the parts of a life don't change in isolation. The work that rearranges everything.
Explore program →The quiet weights most people carry for years. Coaching doesn't erase them overnight, but it does give you a way to put them down one at a time, on purpose, and with support.
Life has taught me that true transformation often begins amidst brokenness. Growing up as the eldest of seven siblings in Central California, I learned early that my self-worth was tied to caregiving. As a child of divorce, I feared my relationships would fail, prioritizing others' needs to avoid feeling unloved.
I feared judgment, loneliness, and invisibility, hiding my true feelings and setting no boundaries. Unable to address my own needs, I endured heartbreaks, self-sabotage, low self-esteem, and a painful divorce. For a long season, I lived the cost of a life that wasn't designed by me.
Realizing it was time to wake up, I began a profound journey back to myself, grateful for taking that first step. That journey is the spine of everything Life Remade now offers. The work I do with clients is not theoretical. It is the distilled version of the path I had to walk, refined into a method that can hold another person's transformation the way I once needed someone to hold mine.
Today I lead Life Remade with a team of trained coaches serving clients across the country and online. The practice is grounded in a single conviction. You are not broken. You are in the middle of becoming. And becoming, done on purpose and with support, is the most life-giving work there is.
The Integrity Sessions is the written distillation of the work Leah does with clients inside the coaching practice. It is not a self-help manual. It is a structured invitation to meet yourself more honestly than the rest of your life has required.
Readers move through the same three-pillar arc the practice is built on. Values, action, purpose. Along the way, they're asked the kind of questions that coaches usually get paid to ask. What do you actually want. What have you been settling for. What would you stop doing if no one were watching.
The book stands on its own for people who aren't ready for one-to-one work yet. For current and former clients, it becomes a companion. A place to keep returning when the noise gets loud and you need the quieter voice back.

Coaching, done well, is not a moment of inspiration. It's a cluster of quiet, specific shifts that add up over the following year into a life that feels recognizably different.
The standards that hold the work, regardless of which program you enter or which coach you work with.
Our coaches have completed rigorous training programs meeting industry standards. The work is held by professionals who have studied the craft, not well-meaning generalists with a playbook.
We're trained in methodologies that facilitate real change, the kinds that outlast motivation and hold up when life stops cooperating. The three-pillar method is one of them, applied to every program.
Guidance plus accountability. The combination that turns insight into durable change. You'll have both the steady hand and the honest mirror, in whichever ratio serves the season you're in.
Every engagement is tailored to unique needs, challenges, and aspirations. No template that ignores your real life. The method is the frame. The shape of the work inside it is yours.
Three snapshots from the work, anonymized by first initial and engagement focus.
I came in convinced I had to choose between the career I'd built and the one I actually wanted. By the end, I realized that was never the real question. Leah helped me find the version of the pivot that didn't ask me to burn anything down. I made the change cleanly, and I can still see the thinking that got me there.
The first time I set a boundary without apologizing for it, I cried for an hour afterwards, because I finally understood how long I'd been negotiating with myself. That single shift reshaped every relationship I have. I don't recognize the version of me from before, and I'm deeply grateful not to.
Six months in the holistic program rearranged a life I had been trying to fix for six years. Career, confidence, the way I show up for the people I love. All of it moved, because all of it was always connected. I wish I'd started this work five years earlier, but I'm grateful I started when I did.
Come in with whatever is on your mind. Leave with a clearer sense of what a good next move could look like, whether we end up working together or not.
